servo non return valve

i, am in the middle of piping up the sevo on my mirage replica.its a rv8 engine with hotwire efi, what i need to know is,does the adaptor where the pipe connects to on the plenum chamber have a nrv built in? or will i need a separate valve in line so to speak, if i do need a separate valve which way does it flow?

It should flow from the servo into the manifold.
