Double edge razor blade fellas!

Need to get some, I had a trial of Derby blades and some Israeli blades.

TBH I prefered the Israeli ones over the derby.

I've heard that the Jap Feather ones are nice and sharp but I do tend to get ingrown hairs on my neck so I'm kinda worried that theyd cut my neck up

Any reccomendations on any other good blades I could try?

Feathers rock!

I love them as they are so sharp. Means less pressure and less passes to make my butt babies face smooth!

I also use red pack personnas, not as sharp as the feather (you need to be super careful first shave but the 2nd through 4th are great!) but available for less than £10 per 100

+1 on the sampler from connaught, that's where I got my taste for feather and personna blades from!

I have tried a few but keep going back to those cheap Israeli jobs. Not much help I suppose. A lot of the Derby, Feather etc look like I have tried to top myself, claret everywhere.

Derby's are horrible. Like shaving with a butter knife. Astras are better, and Feathers are the best of all. Ignore all the scare stories about the feathers - they are just good, sharp, smooth blades.

Price. Apologies for using local (NZ) prices here, but

Fusion blades: $35 for 8
Feather blades: $60 for 100

Costs £8 for 4 fusion blades. Costs me £2 for 10 razor blades, which bear in mind will be snapped in half, so end up with 20 pieces.

Also, like the finish I get with a single razor and it's far easier when shaving around my beard. When I used to use a Fusion, I'd often lop a bit off by accident.

( I suffer from ingrown hairs, thus these 1200 bladed cartridges realllly trigger them! )
