GT 40 Replica in Germany

There's a rather nice mark 3 advertised in Car & Classic, but it's in Germany.

I've asked for more information but, if I want to get it checked out, is there anyone out there that could do it?

I know that we've got folk here from pretty much all over the world but I'm nowhere near competent to inspect the car and see if it's worth the asking price.
