ebay seller being a twunt...what to do?

Recently bought some hifi gear off ebay. The seller seemed ok at first but is now being an idiot.
It took him two weeks to respond to my emails asking for his phone no, now when I call to try to arrange collection he never answers and doesn't return my voicemails.
Ideally I'd still like to have the hifi but have now lost patience with this prick.

What should I do to get this resolved?

Can't force the sale. Did it go well below expected price (under valued)?

Report to fleabay for Seller Non Performance, could neg aswell?

I paid when the sale ended. I wouldn't say it was undervalued either.

Throw a Paypal dispute in ASAP, in the notes section, just put a simple, "Sorry I've ahd to do this, will happily close case when you've arranged the pick up with me"

At least then your moneys safe

Send one more email to him explaining everything and that if does not respond within 2 more days then you'll have no option than to open a paypal dispute!

PayPal dispute it is then (Item Not Received) - you'll at least get a refund.
