More segregation - at a cash point

Saw this at our new brand new Tesco today, what on earth is going on, do we need to be told where and where not to stand in a cash point queu? does the white lines indicate a no go zone, can't recal if I saw any CCTV there or not.

And why is there only foot prints for two people, is it no queing either?

What are these jobsworth, beurocritic numsculls up to next I wonder, put foot prints in the toilets?

I heard that it will still give you cash, but it will deduct the obligatory fine from your bank account for acting outside of their guidelines.

Agree, there are some ignorant barstewards like that, just surprised someone took upon themselves to decide on this little security method, if that could be viewed as being so, why not better lighting and CCTV.

Better still, as more and more supermarkets have 24/7 opening times, why not put the cash points inside.
