Trickle Charge Help for Tamora!

Hi all,

Would really appreciate some advice on Trickle Chargers for a Tamora.

All your help gratefully received!

I use an accumate - it has been in use around 8 years on several cars. Seems to do its job just fine. I use the lighter socket adapter dangled through a side window.

Acumate or Optimate are always very good and easy to use

Accumate for me, works perfectly connected through Anderson connector.

Won't charge from flat though, strictly for top-ups and maintaining a charge.

Accumate for me too. Its wired into the boot, so just have to take the plug out and into the mains.

How do you connect to the Anderson connector? Is there a special adaptor?

With an Anderson plug!



Be warned though - there are two types that look almost identical but are not compatible.

I think it is easier to use the cigarette lighter socket and trap the wire in the window seal.
