Can someone tell me how to stop people making me lose THE GAME?

I'd never heard of The Game until I saw it on PH, happened to throw it into conversation with an old mate I was catching up with last night, he near enough fing punched me

In order to make you lose it, they had to make you think about it, and to do that they had to think about it first, so you actually keep winning!

Except on this occasion, you did actually lose

There is no winning, only retribution, and adding to the losing tally!

I dont play it, but I know about it and I think that it plays me because every time I read/hear about "the game" I think I am glad i dont play because i would have just lost, so i think about it but dont know I do, until i realise i could have just lost.

I think i am going mental.

Also this is the second hidden in plain sight Game thread. I read the other one and thought the OP was a bd for being devious.

This example is just as tight.
