Worth putting house on market now or better wait till spring ?

Been trying to sell my house last year (house sold few times but buyer mortgage keep falling thru) Notice that lots of house on market is sold near where I live.

Get it valued, add on £20-£25K for estate-agent fkwitery, if it sells - great. If not take it off for a month, and try again.
