budget camcorder help please

Hi all

Im looking at getting a camcorder to video my little boy, ive got between £100-£200 to spend on one, ive had the samsung c10 and the samsung u10 and i took them back the next day because the video quality was rubish (really noisy images) when i hooked it up to my tv, i can get better videos from my mobile phone.

Can anyone help me find a decent camcorder that takes good quality videos, im not bothered about it being hd.
