At what time during the day is a cheque deemed to have cleared?

12 midnight on the 3rd working day but Im happy to be nuked into orbit by a bank person.

...for interest purposes, it then takes a further day to be "fully" cleared (and drawable)

i.e. bank on Monday, fully cleared on Friday

If paid in on Monday, it will clear for 'fate' on Friday at 12 noon (i.e. unless it's a fraud - it's cleared, end of)
