City Beers staggers up someone else's chimney - 17 December!

It has come to our attention, that the official PH Christmas party needs more than an attic room at Dirty Dicks.

So, for this event only - on the 17th December, we are moving a few hundred yards along the road, to the kind of venue which can handle our kind of party.

We'll be back at DDs in January, but for this year's Christmas City Beers, ladies and gentleman, please make your way to:

Nearest tubes are Liverpool St, Bank and Monument. From Dirty Dicks, cross back over to the Liverpool St side of the road and walk towards the river. About 300-400 yards. Easy to walk straight by, as it still just looks like an old bank from the outside.

You're not wrong.

But we simply need its magnitude. All pubs will be rammed on what is THE Christmas office party night of the year. DDs would have been stifling and we simply wouldn't have got in.

As far as I'm aware, the Crosse Keys is the largest pub in the City and, as CVM very wisely said in the old thread, it's the company which makes a great evening.
