Multi vehicle smash - Glasgow East End Tues evening

Guy in my work told me today he was out in the London Road area of Glasgow yesterday evening and there was a trail of smashed cars including one in a garden and a BMW Estate with blue roof lights and it was smashed as well.
Anyone know anything about it? I asked him if there was Taggart filming but he said no!

He said it looked like maybe a lorry or something had just rammed its way along the street!

I was driving from Carntyne up to the M8, via that Ford garage on the right (name eludes me) and we saw what seemed to be umpteen emergency vehicles at the brow of a hill (roadname is beyond me, dont know the area), police, fire and ambulance and many of each so we turned back and went another way. I dont think it was London Road though, literally a few hundred yards past the Ford garage.

Yip thats the same one Matty, I thought he had said London Road but it was that road, Edinbugh Road.
Not heard or read anything further about it which seems strange unlesss it was not as suspicious as it first appeared of being anything out of the ordinary.
