Not for me, but the old man and don't want to see him getting shafted at christmas which I suspect he would be if he accepted a part exchange offered to him yesterday at his local stealer.

Car is an owned from new 08 plate 3.2 S-tronic coupe model in grey, 15k miles and absolutely mint. (Garaged, cleaned weekly etc). Dealer offered him £19,750 part exchange - I thought it would be at least £4k more than that. He later said he would have offered £2k more had his TT had built in sat nav?!

Thanks in advance smile

Oh and if the dealer is serious about offering a feintly loony 2 grand for nav tell him I'll fit it for 1200 and we can pocket the difference!

Oops - meant I thought it retails at £4 - £5k more so was thinking £21.5 - £22k, guess not! Does the integrated Sat Nav have that much of an effect on value? Only other car I can think of that is the case is the E39 M5. Thanks anyway, that's some serious depreciation in 20 months eek

Unfortunately it is not a popular model - sat nav wouldn't make the difference the dealer is describing but is offering you a good price as it stands.
