How I prevented page caching

Not sure it'll work for everyone but I just solved this on my PC. I had been using a program that was 'out of date' so I had my PC clock set eight months back. Once the date was corrected and I also reset 'Internet Properties' 'General' 'Settings' 'Check for newer versions of pages' to 'Every visit to the page'

No more annoying page caching
