I found some more info:

I'd like to do this. Just need to decide if I trust anyone else enough to drive my car....
Anyone else interested as I see you need a 2 car team?
To the OP: It's not clear if the cars need to be standard. Mine has had it's engined swapped for something fruitier. Is this allowed?

it's more like a targeted cct rally?
"just have to keep an average of 54mph over 240 laps. simples
probably more fun as a realiablity trial in something old like my MGB though"
From a 2008 competitor to the organisers: "Our car was one of the quickest. Even so keeping up to a 40 lap schedule was mighty hard at times and trust me we were going flat out. I suggest that the number of laps in the hour should be reduced. Appreciate it's not a race but the competitive instinct is to get all the required laps in at whatever pace that needs."

So, how modified are the cars allowed to be?
