Team Snack Patrol has been working on Cheese Jerky for several years to unlock the secret of putting Beef Jerky and other meats into cheese... After countless hours of hard work, we deciphered the Cheese Jerky code. Thus, we created Original Cheese Jerky and Peppered Cheese Jerky! Cheese Jerky tastes great, strings beautifully, and have deliciously subtle flavors.
Cheese Jerky is a completely unique recipe. It combines an incredible, farmstead Mozzarella with premium, custom produced beef jerky. The mozzarella cheese comes from a small farm in Wisconsin, that has its own cows! We don't use powdered milk and the farm is very eco-friendly, partly because the milk is already at the cheese plant! The jerky also a unique recipe and and basically takes the most premium jerky you would buy on the shelf, and shreds it up! The combination of these two flavors has really got people excited, because it's such a natural fusion. In fact, we often get the question "Why hasn't this been done before?"
But just because Snack Patrol has two flavors, doesn't mean that we're done there. Not only are we going to come out with new and exciting flavors of Cheese Jerky, but we're going to continue to create new and innovative snack foods to make the world a better place.
