AVS Oil Top Up ???

[Resin Rocket]

I've just received a Service invoice for our A4 Tdi from the local dealer and the last item on the invoice is AVS OIL TOP UP x 1 @ £16.00. Anyone know what this is ?

They've already tried to charge me for 4.5ltrs of oil when as far as I know the engine holds 3.8ltrs. The best bit is that I'd even supplied 4ltrs of my own oil for them to use !!!

It's a 1 litre top up pack. They should have gave you the option to buy it or not. It may be in the boot. If not go back to them and either get it or get your money back

Thanks.

Theres nothing in the boot, so thats another thing to moan at them about.
