That's my next step. Gonna put a litre through.
Can pads make a difference? I've got drilled and grooved discs with red dot fast road pads (from when I had the car). My try a set of standard pads.
What Fcous is it? Unless its a real powerful version that gets driven very hard grooved and drilled discs are pointless. iNfact your better off with a set of fast road pads, plain good quality discs and uprated brake fluid Can pads make a difference? it's a 1.8, but when I had it it had a few mods, exhaust, throttle body, pipercross ind. bluefin and 4 branch with de cat. And of course the brakes.
Now all the mods have been taken off, apart for the brakes.
But I must say, the brakes have never been very good but they do seem alot worse now than when I had the car.
