Hi Al,

Take it to Thames Valley MOT's on Loverock Road, Reading. Used them for all my TVR MOT's as do quite a few others.

Dave- 0118 9560044.

Cheers,

James

Thats good to know. They're just down the road from me and did some work plus MOT on my Clio in September. Seemed like decent chaps and was wondering if they would be appropriate for my Elise too wink

Edited to make sense!

Thanks James, I will see what Colin can do to fit me in and if not Reading is no further for me.

For future reference, and for anyone else who happens across this thread, Archway Motors in Windsor are TVR-friendly. They MOT my Tuscan every year, as well as a friend's decatted Cerbera, and won't fail you an things like not being able to find the headlight switches.

Another vote for Dave @ Reading MOT. Used him for years to test all manner of cars. Some which may, or may not(!) have had even the slightest chance in passing an emissions test!

As usefull as this thread is do you think the MOT stations mentioned will be happy about it? Perhaps we should be more discreet and avoid specific mention of decat wink

Think I do, but I'm sorted now, so mods feel free to delete the thread.
