Government shuts UFO department

The Government has closed down the OFO sightings department:

Is this because they know there are lots of UFO's and aliens about, so rather than have to tell loads of porkies to the public (not that it usually bothers them) so we don't get upset they closed it, or is it because they hav'nt found one after 60 years?

The fact the government denies stuff automatically makes me think its true.

So what have they found then? I mean the general pubic also report stuff and the interweb allows them to beam their idea's world wide and there is a distinct lack of proof to date (apart from shonky claims). Money saving? Or has ET told the government officials he does not want to play with them anymore and is going to start up in the swamp again where he can play with his Throbmaxprobe 2000™?
