I just watched this on TV this evening and was very disapointed. What has Huey lowered himself to? He was a good recording artist, with a decent following in his time and now he's making pish TV crud.

To be honest Simon I was willing you to win as that guy Maj came across as a complete idiot. To you credit you didn't take the bait, so well done. Of course this is on the assumption that the banter wasn't choreographed for the camera? What was he like when you won?

The mods weren't exaclty far reaching tho', just basic out of the box stuff. Shame they didn't put more emphasis on the cars themselves showing the mods and discussing specs... I do have to take issue with anyone who thinks a cat back exhust and air filter will give "massive power increases", FBLOL!

Anyway crap production, a terrible performance and voice over by Huey and a lack of proper car detail aside, well done on beating that eeejit!

None of the banter is scripted, Its all off the cuff there and then, In All honesty i would have prefered more details on the cars, maybe giving Bhp/Torque figures before and after, I also ran mine with some of my iridium racing plugs, (yes i work for Denso) But they didnt give me the chance to detail them as advertising is outlawed with ofcom.

I car wraps are interesting, we dont have any input on them, but it does look good, The Honda in all honesty should have won, being more powerful and having the all out handeling package. Guess its a win for the guys that can drive a car properly!! (although hitting a corner on 3 wheels)

If there is a second series i hope they will take advise from the public,

In that case, the best person definitely won, so well done! "Maj" must have been really cheesed off given how massively cockey he was.

I assumed the cars were wrapped, as it didn't look like they were setup for full paint jobs. Given how interesting / new the wrapping process is, it's surprising they didn't do more (anything!) with it on screen. Then again, it did look like a show about Huey more than anything else.

Who did the mods, where were they done & how long was the car gone for?
