jeez, can't believe the current state of the voting. That long-haired old codger before his time would not be missed in my house if he "wuz" to leave.

"A crack team of Hammonds are counting your vote"

It's rigged.

You can tell that the wimmin haven't found this poll, yet! rofl
hehe

Current result is May, Clarkson, Hammond on 0%...

But I think the three of them make a good team... current series seems to be wasting their talent slightly though... Still best thing on TV though smile

I voted Clarkson, but in all honesty i think the programme is shocking from a PH point of view.

Hammond has turned into a complete prat who just cracks jokes a 5yr old would find funny, Clarkson's reviews are just daft(the 911 GT2 review last year, or lack of for example), but ammusing for people who dont actually care about the cars, and May is just 'nice', doesnt do much etc.

Shame really as i used to love it!

Hmmm - has the spelling of "favourite" now been officially changed?

That's the second thread title I've seen today using the American spelling.

For the record, I miss Quinten Wilson.

At least mine was an honest mistake, not down to creeping Americanisation.

I'm sure Quentin is with me on that one smile

James May by a long way... he at least seems to have a modicum of intellect, and an genu9ne interest in certain things. The other 2 are just boisterous children.

James May is a great presenter.. He is like a modern day version of Fred Dibnah with anything mechanical / motor related..

Would love to see him have a show with anything related to mechanical stuff..

He is wasted on Top Gear..

yes

Start a new motoring show with James May, Jay Leno, Chris Harris and Tiff.

That should be interesting.

People can't spell!biggrin

JC is more caricature on TG. And HAmmond may as well be pixaletd.
MAy is the slighty less ttish of them and all hos other sheer great shows make him romp home for me.

I don't think that this is a spelling error or typo issue. Like "program", "license" and "favorite" - these are American spellings which are becoming the norm in the UK due to so many people taking their "data" directly from computer web sites or using Microsoft spell checkers etc (without using the UK English option).

I do feel like I am fighting a rear-guard action here - especially with "licence" which no one seems to want to spell the UK way anymore.

I miss any sort of "real world" element in TG.

To be honest, I gave up watching the programme two series ago as I was finally exasperated by all the nonsense.
