NFAA - new start?

does anyone know what changes we will see with the NFAA having different organisers for next season. Will we get full eliminations for example? and are there likely to be any appearances at the FIA meetings in may and september?

Hi Mark,

Rule changes are only going to be slight, with a possible amendment to blower overdrive on alcohol cars.
Race format wise, the NFAA is sticking to its previous cannonball format, with qualifying throughout the weekend, and the top four qualifiers face off in a final elimination round. 4thQ vs 3rdQ, 2ndQ vs 1stQ.
Points system has been changed radically, this will be on the NFAA website early in the new year.

Hoping to see the class at FIA meetings again next year, definitely one of the bst classes in drag racing for me.

Looks like 2 new Fuel cars on the NFAA website. 1 from europe and the other a new unpictured car from the uk. The anticipation is building.

Yes Peter is right its my old car in the hands of Chris Emms who has been around nitro for years. Should be a great addition to the class. I dont believe the NFAA are at either of the FIA meets so we will be shedding venoms skin and cloaking her in a funny car body.
