In the past rape was nearly not a crime. The prosecution rate was nearly zero. Of course according to the Times of London in modern England you aren't all that good convicting even the most egregious examples.

I know it's not PC but the amount of crimes where it is reported by the papers that the attacker/mugger/rapist was black...........

I know I am not allowed to say that but as a father of a 10 year old girl who desperately wants to be able to go to the shops on her own, but we are in an area of high street crime mainly practised by a certain demographic, I am fekin' angry/worried/scared.

If its based on fact which in this case it seems to be I dont think you have any reason to be worried about stating your opinion.

No. Rape is not really about the sex; it is more about the power and control. They'd find something else to stick in their victims...

It boggles the mind how anyone can carry out this kind of sick st. If we could only give him the punishment he deserves, he'd be sentenced to death by chainsaw rape.
