I really like this film. Unexpectedly starring Ms Dench too. Don't think they will do any more but I hope they do.

i thought it was ok, but pitch black was a bit legendary and it could never compare

Agreed that Pitch Black was by far the superior film but I still enjoyed "Chronicles" - the directors cut makes a bit more sense than the theatrical but there's still holes you could drive an MX-5 through.

i think they were going to release three in total (not including pitch black) but it was such a flop i think the studios pulled out

There are thousands of better films including Pitch Black but Chronicles was on and like I said it's mindless fun.

actually last time i saw it, it didn't feel like fun at all.

it's not an easy film to watch.
