Can't up grade my ad to premium ?

can anyone help ?

i am trying to upgared my advert to premium:

In edit mode I click the upgrade button (bottom right) and then it goes toa preview and I click "upgrade advert for free" and then it goes to the manage my ads screen but the ad is not premium and still only get 3 photos ?

The "Upgrade advert for free" button doesn't work for some members at the moment, I've upgraded your advert from this end so it's now at the top and you can add the extra pictures.

In future, just select "Premium Advert" at the beginning and you'll get your free adverts without an issue.
