I know they didn't deserve to die, but then again they shouldn't of been on the railway anyway, let alone on a getaway. But why does the "mail" have to highlight the fact that the train was "unscheduled". why does it make a difference?

Flame suit on, but i cant be the only one who was not surprised by the attire of thier "friends"

I await the abuse i am going to get but the sympathetic article has annoyed me.

No abuse from me.

I personally feel sorry for the train driver and the people who had to pick up their remains, plus the passengers and freight who have no doubt been delayed by these thieving scumbags.

I have no sympathy for them whatsoever. I suppose it's just a shame the other two weren't wiped out too, though that would have been more mess to pick up.

If they had been good boys and had stayed at home watching TV, they wouldn't have died. A reasonable cull from the gene pool.

Out at 4am committing burglary on a retail store to tune of £40000 - check.

Used railway line as escape route on a Quad bike - check.

Group hit by a train using its intended path of travel when persons unauthorised should not have been anywhere near railway line - check.

People killed - check.

Why would anybody offer these lads sympathy? If i want to die, i can go and commit crime and take stupid risks at 4am in the morning. I don't and choose to work hard and pay taxes, being an honest citizen. I would imagine if you had seen them robbing that store and had approached the group, the abuse from them would ahve been immense.

Harsh but the world is a better place IMHO.

ETA, No doubt the families of the dead 'darlings' will now expect the state to hold there hands and pay them some compensation.

Awful for the train driver and passengers.

Sod the pikey oxygen thieves; just saves money not having to catch and imprison them. If they'd not been out robbing other peoples' hard-earned property and on a 'getaway' then they'd still be alive. I think it's called 'karma'.

Thank god for the unscheduled train.

I hope it wasn't too traumatic for the train driver.

On the news last night. Two are on the run apparently and the flower planters were proclaiming to the camera that they were "good boys" or words along those lines.

I wondered if that's why those two with the flowers were covering their faces...

No sympathy for the crims. I hope faceplanting a train fking well hurt.

Don't worry about the train driver either - He'll have free beer for life at his local after wiping out a couple of chav crims, he's a bloody hero.

Happened a few miles away from me and I cannot say I have much sympathy to be honest.

It is the main line to London you idiots, what did you expect? A few rabbits and some overgrowth - No.. a train.

It serves them right for trying to steal. I only feel sympathy for the poor train driver, and thier family. Darwinism at its finest I'm afraid.

As said by others, I feel for the train driver.

Two less chav scum stealing oxygen can only be a good thing. Also, I'd rather not see my taxes go towards keeping them comfortable in jail with freeview TV and broadband access to wking material the Internet.
