There was someone who did advertise that he had just started up this service, but his post was deleted me thinks (advert rules on PH) as I saw it once and never again. I believe it was based in Newmachar.

Would be better to kow which part of Scotland you lived in & get somewhere close to you, rather than somewhere the other side of the country wink

Yarass,

Thanks, I didn't think I'd have many to choose from! North East preferably but most of the English places I've seen have a pick up & drop off service so it doesn't really matter....

I've done some work recently for some clients that have cars stored with these guys -

http://www.carstoragescotland.co.uk/

Very well presented, cars are really well cared for, carcoons, battery conditioners etc,

They do transportation too with their own vehicles, very professional outfit.

If you call, ask for Mark and mention Ally from 360 complete passed on his details.

Cheers!

Hi, It was gavin@detailecosse Detail from an email he sent me , below.
"Are you still looking for a place to store your vehicle while off-shore,
i have a building located in Newmachar only 3 miles from Dyce which will
be available from early Jan 2010, i could also possibly offer a transfer
to and from to pick up your vehicle.

The building is safe/secure weather tight and fully insured, dust covers
would also be provided.

Kind regards
Gav"

It was me who got "Parc"ed for posting about storage. Anyway here is a direct link to over 70 storage companies (I will soon be updating this page as I now have over 90) with a map of their location and links to their websites:

I have used Car Storage Scotland in the outskirts of Edinburgh a few times and I was always more than happy with the services.

The owner even took me round some of the old cars on the premises (some of which are in those bubble things) and it was both amazing to see 50's, 60's and 70's cars in such good nick, and sad to see them sitting in there unused.

biggrin Definitely!

How's it going? Need to give you a shout in the new year to give the Mrs 306 the mother of all goings-overs.
