I recalla thread where to PH members had a bet about the average home price; if it was lower 12 months on, then one would pay the other, and vice versa.
Who won, and where is the thread?

I followed it for a while... the people who were claiming they wouldn'tsell, were explaining how actually their house has risen in value and indeed, not every single area had fallen, so talking about overall price falls was futile. Those predicting falls kept stating the case that although prices had fallen 2%, they were going to fall another 20 to 40%. It all got a bit silly and boring and I gave up reading it months ago!

Wrong thread, the OP means the £50 bet that Noel and someone else had on the YOY price to October or Nov 2009.
