Mileage correction Newport area

Does anyone have a contact for mileage correction in the Newport area? My Evo is an import and has the speedo changed from KM to Miles. Now the odometer reads incorrectly. I have all the documents to prove the exact mileage and would like to get the digital odo to read the correct miles ot a mixture of miles and KM. I want it done proffesionally and above board with a receipt in case I decide to sell the car in future. I dont want it to look dodgy as it isn't
