Afternoon all,

Looking at a 330d tomorrow morning, with a view to buying it if nothing is wrong as it's well priced and well specced.

Problem is, at my budget these are rather more leggy than I would like (i.e. > 70k miles). Is this anything to worry about? Any ideas as to how these things soak up the miles?
Obviously suspension components etc start wearing at that age, but what about major failures I should worry about?

And before you all pitch in, I know I can get a lower mileage 330i for the same price, but the extra £600/year in fuel is what's pushing me this way at the moment! And the fact that I drove the D and it was rather, rather good.

I have one with 50k on the clock and no problems and my dad did 82k in 3 years in his and only the clutch needed replacing.

How much you spending?

Hopefully about 13k wink but to be honest, I'm bored of shopping for cars now so will pay this chap whatever I have to! jester

Don't know about the 330 but the 530d's I drove with the police did 150k plus, very hard miles and performed as well when they were sold as when they were new.
