Removing Injectors (2.9 S3)

I'm just dismantling my most recent Ebay acquisition (fuel rail, plenum, AFM's - all for £11), and just want to know how do you separate the injectors from the fuel manifold?

Everything is still in place at the minute apart from I've removed the 4 bolts that hold the fuel rail in place, and removed the metal clips at that top of the injectors.

IIRC they just pull out, they are held in by an o-ring so be firm with them.

Might be worth re newing the 'O' rings on these, they are readily available at your local Ford dealers, or at least they were at mine and only a few pence.
