New Roof for my MX5 - Please help

Hi,

I have a mrk 2 mazda mx-5 which needs a new hood.
However, I am having trouble finding one that is suitable.

I can find a a mrk 1 vinyl hood with a plastic screen for 250 or a mrk 3 mohair heated glass screen. All I would like is a straight forward replacement. That is a Mrk 2 vinyl hood with a heated glass screen for as cheap as possible. I am based in manchester and macclesfield and work in stockport if there are any places you know that are good for quotes as well?

any ideas?

I have never used them, so this is not a recommendation. However I do intend paying them a visit next time my 5 needs a service, as it's my nearest specialist I think.

He's won the max5 mx5 racing championship a few times I think as well. So definately knows his way around one!

Are you wanting to fit it yourself? If not I would speak to the people I suggested as they are quite close to you and are specialists. I'm sure you could supply the roof and just get them to fit it.
