I'm sure I've seen somthing about this efore. I tried a search and nothing came up. Anybody got an idea of what it might be ?

Is the warning staying on the LCD screen Bob?

I somtimes have this warning as well, but i understood that if the battery light is not burning with it, it still charges as normal.

I can just drive arround with it and it seems to have solved itself in the meantime.

Probably something with lousy earth and/or moist.

I have had this on my 52 reg Tuscan, and was told it was a known problem. If you see this message and almost immediately it disappears, just ignore it; if it comes on and stays on, try slightly turning the LCD Function Controller Switch (the right hand rotary knob). There is a problem with this knob where it can give a bad signal and for some reason the software gives this error. This works for me, hope it sorts your car out as well.

Thanks guys.

Could have been moisture as it rained here on Thursday and the lid was off. Been 25C plus since and the problem has now gone away.
