Seriously, I am fed up with the generic dating sites ie Match.Com and Plenty of Fish etc!... I would love to meet a gentleman with a passion for classic (or modern) TVRs within a reasonable distance of Essex/Suffolk for friendship - and possible long term relationship.
There is no 'personal' section on PH so I thought I would post on my favourite forum.
For anyone who hasn't met me at the TVRCC mid essex region - I have been separated from my husband for nearly 12 months, am kind, loving, loyal, sincere and intelligent. I obviously love TVRs too...

Having read some of your responses I just thought I should add:

Age range: 42+ (pref under 53). I'm 41.
Children: I don't have any but happy to help raise your's
Occupation: Ideally someone who is self employed
Age/looks/build: completely unimportant - so long as there's that all elusive 'chemistry'
Desirable hobbies: motor sport of any kind (if you participate that would be fantastic), and pretty much anything else that doesn't involve footie, golf, fishing or shooting animals

So, if you are loving, loyal, sincere, have good morals, and love classic cars/bikes please feel free to email me.

And for all of you who think I'm 'picky' then Yes, I am! I've lived enough to realise you can't take someone at face value and I will take my time getting to know someone before deciding whether to pursue a relationship. Lies only hold up for so long. If meeting someone who's the right age - available - and has similar interests as me was that easy then I wouldn't be here would I?!! All of my friends are married or already in long term relationships. I don't go to bars or clubs and the dates I have been on via Match.com have been very disappointing so far.

I am currently purchasing a children's home and most of my time over the next 6-8 months will be spent setting it up. However, I can and will make time for a relationship with the right person.

Hi Emma,
please move to Holland.

A friend of mine has 4 TVR's (old tuscan,3000s,SEAC and a Tamora)and is also desperate searching
for a girl that likes TVR,s.

He is good looking and doesn,t smoke or drink at all.
He goes to church every sunday, never swears , pays all his taxes in time, works regular hours(never in the evenings or in week-ends)and has always an interesting story to tell (for example about the climate change and what this means for the polar bears). Please lett me know when you are interested.

Hi Emma,

You look lovely, I wish you all the best. If only I could find a soulmate to, it's not easy or likely. Your profile is about to get a zillion hits so watch out for the sharks!

Hi Emma..good luck with your quest. My thoughts were that when I looking and found my wife that TVR's were the last things that I wanted her to have an interest in, and since I have known her I have bought and rebuilt 3 TVR's for her and I'm buggered if I can get her to drive them...the 4th a 500 chimp...when the A/C fuel exchanger broke and fuel ignited as I started it one night, she jumped out and shouted, let it burn! ...then ran for the bowl of water from the sink.

What's wrong with the photo? I'm not looking for sympathy - I'm looking for a partner. If someone is shallow enough to make any kind of derisory comment - or otherwise - about my photo then that's their problem!
