Doubt it, you would hit it doing something like 120MPH.

Absolutely. There are quite a few cases of people surviving falls from aircraft by falling into forests and snow.

Read the story of Nicholas Alkemade.

I would say a sequence of thin layers of material, then something like a net underneath.

Spaced apart enough to allow for enough deceleration from your terminal velocity to a more survivable speed.

I see why you'd suggest such a venue but think about the springs =\

the last thing I want to ever do is be hanging on a spring by my testicles

If you can manage to find a trampoline factory with an outside storage area in the aforementioned situation, you're doing well, and a lucky chap. I doubt a lucky chap like you would hit the springs...

Just out of interest, what would happen if you fell into an area of weightlessness like this...

What sort of deceleration would this offer ? I guess you'd need a big area of weightlessness but it should do the trick. The problem arises with how to contain the weightlessmess as I don't believe you could contain it in an unclosed environment apart from in space, which would mean being fired upwards to find out instead of jumping from a plane and descending.
