Mk5 Golf coolant change.

I need to change the coolant on SWMBO's Golf and before I do thought I would find out if there is anything tricky about it?

It is a 2004 1.4 petrol.

nothing tricky that i remember but use g12 coolant from vw , i found out normal stuff eats away at seals , it aint realy that expensive neither .
