rear screen stitching?

The stitching round the rear plastic screen is rotting away - looks like previous owners have "botched" repairs shall we say - and some of the original is failing again now. The canvas part looks in good order so i'm hopping i can get away with having it re-stiched (properly).

now the questions:

1) Anyone know of a firm who can do this in the south yorks / north mids / west lincs area?
2) Will i be able to replace (easily) the plastic screen as it's quite opaque due to scratches etc?

Hiya, yes I had mine done just north of Leicester, he's not cheap but he does a good job and is in demand (has his own classic cars too).
