Problem with heaters not blowing in t350

As title says really, when I turn the control for the fan on to any setting nothing changes, no air comes out.

Was wondering if anyone has any ideas or is there a common problem.

Pull the carpet at the back of the passenger side footwell off and check the two capasitors are still attached to the control unit.

Has it ever worked? The first very simple thing is to make sure you have pressed the button to turn on/off the fan motor.

yes it worked fine yesterday, put in the garage over night and now not working.

Capacitor

Had this and found that the connector on the heater fan amplifier board was badly chard. Bad design

Ended up replacing the capacitors and repairing the connector. Now works fine.
