More a chilli jam.
Finely shop chillis, finely chop a thumb sized piece of ginger.
Juice of a couple of limes, couple of tablespoons of water, couple of tablespoons of sugar, and dissolve the sugar into the liquid on a medium heat. Add chopped bits, splash of fish sauce and boil until syrupy consistency. Cool.
Done.
