Dash Restoration

Hey guys,

Couldn't find anything on this and search feature is dead right now. I recently bought a 10 year old A3. The interior is in absolutely immaculate condition apart from the section around the headunit which is scratched and chipped where the guy before me tried to get it out. Is it possible to have this touched up? Is it pricey?

I'm in Herts if that helps.
