How much of an XR4x4 can I use?
Discussion
Yes...the type 9 is currently in place, but it states in the bible that Ford changed to the lighter, smaller and stronger MT75 when the 2.9 was introduced...I was just wondering if there are different versions of the MT75...4x4 AND 2-wheel drive (Granada) SH says that there were some S2's fitted with the MT75

About 1 in 4 chance that the diff will fit (dependent on type).
The rear discs might go over depending if the uprights are compatible.
The MT75 won't fit without some mods - I think the couple or so MT75 S cars were retrofits.
If the 4x4 is the 2.8 then nothing from the engine is any good as the S2 will have a 2.9.
