Given it was shot in Arizona...not many i hope!
Blimey - then the locals in Arizona look and speak exactly like Afghanis!
Even as a young kid when I first watched that movie, the greatest impression left on me was not the violence, the action, the special effects, nor the soundtrack (which is surprisingly deep and soulful), but of the scenery and location. Stunning rugged mountains, canyons, forest-land and flowing water. I guess you expect nothing less from Canada.
Then, by complete surprise, I hit upon this enterprising YouTube effort:

So now, I know alot more about a little town called Hope, and if am ever over in Vancouver (which is a long, long way away from Berkshire), Hope will be my first port of call.

always wanted to live there by a lake with moutains in the background

You are right, the scene where Rambo is walking down the gradient towards the lake and Delmore's house does not look the same, but 30 years ago, when the scene was shot, I think people lived there and the gardens were tended, lawns were mowed.always wanted to live there by a lake with moutains in the background

As it has overgrown, it is not possible to appreciate the scale and openness of the view down to the lake. Which is a pity, but it is an amazingly beautiful location still.
