front towing eye

Hi all has any one whos got a front towing eye got any detailed photos of how/where it fixes to the chassis , hope that sort of makes sense , cheers ,

I bought mine from highflyer although you can buy one from the factory. This is how the highflyer version fits - I think these are the pictures of when he fitted it to his own car (I didn't take any after I had fitted it)

There are 3 plates - 2 of them sandwich the double ally skin and the third sits ontop of the 4 steel tubes. Welded to the third plate is the threaded piece that accepts the eye itself. You need to cut a bit of the grill, but it works very well :-
