My understanding of dogs (having kept Jack Russells and Staffies for many years) is that a female will not be receptive to any male sexual advances unless she's in season.

I love that there's a specific offence for living animal. So is sexualy penetratig a dead animal better or worse in the eyes of the law? Less harm to the animal, but more fking wierd.
