There was a small amount on Thursday but got a proper blizzard here in Fife now.

Just watched an E46 try and get out of the residents car park...

had a great play in the big private bit at the back of the office... large smile.
Needless to say our E61 will be hiding whilst the quattro shines.

There’s been a decent amount of snow in Glasgow this afternoon and I’m about to head out in the 944 Turbo. Wish me luck …

Got caught in the big downfall around 2.30pm whilst leaving Bothwell.
The Legacy was great but the snow really does highlight the sheer stupidity of some drivers.

Witnessed a couple of terrible examples of aggressive driving on a very slippery M8, one driving a black Vectra and the other was a gritter lorry!
The gritter wasn't gritting.

Got caught up in that snow storm... Good fun!
Having decent winter tires and a torque split controller makes all the difference.

First time i've seen a rally rep impreza and not thrown up over myself today.... It almost looked the part covered in dirt and churning through the fresh snow.

It also show the complete inability of others not able to drive in teh snow, I witnessed someone driving back from Oldmeldrum at 25 miles an hour, there wasn't even any sonw on the road!

It's really hit us up in Aberdeen in the last 24hours. The roads in the NE are ice. A90 Aberdeen - Ellon was closed this afternoon.

Really? Not because of an accident I hope?

I don't think so. I just heard it was closed because of the weather conditions. Presumably just black ice?

You must live in a different ABerden from me.

Had no issues driving to Oldmeldrum and back, clear roads.

Same with most of the main roads in town, all clear, side roads, now that's fun in the jag.

Really? :O I came out of pittodrie and the road was ice. Just been up to berryden and the roads were fairly icy. Dad slid going round a few corners.

I had a hard time reversing back into my garage after returning home—there’s a very tiny kerb to hop up and the 944 wasn’t having any of it without a bit of momentum. Kept insisting on spinning the back wheels against the little kerb and heading sideways towards the wall! Finally bested the damn thing on attempt number six.

The ellon road was a nightmare last night about 10:30, it's the worst i've seen it. Drove all the way to Ellon at 35-40mph.

Nik, you should head out towards mine, we went out shopping thinking the roads we fine but managed to get stuck in our driveway on the way back.

The recoverylander lives up to its name again, 3 cars towed up the steepest hill in my area, i went out to see if i could go up it for a laugh.

Quite impressed as my tyres are far from ideal for it and there was a nice layer of ice for parts so was struggling for grip.

Anyway, not to be too smug as knowing my luck it will get written off like the last one by some lorry and black ice.
