So wtf is wrong with merry christmas? Whos smart fking idea was it to start changing things like that?

Honestly all i now hear is happy fking christmas instead of merry christmas, If you want it to be happy then say merry you fking wkers

I do actually love christmas btw!

I wouldn't be surprised if some moron has labelled "merry" as politically incorrect, everything else seems to be.

Merry probably suggests that you'll be hammered most of the time or something in PC World (not the shop obv wink)

I wasn't aware that there was a distinction, or a right or wrong way.

I much prefer Happy Christmas to Merry Christmas, to me at least, the former seems more solid, whilst the latter more frivolous.

I've always associated 'X' as an abbreviation for anything beginning with 'Chr...' - for example as a student I wrote 'xtalline' instead of 'crystalline' to save time in lectures. OK bad example but you get the idea!

Its always been known to myself as merry christmas and a happy new year
