On page 3 it says PH receives 800 posts a day. At the top of page 47, it says PH has 400 posts an hour.

Now, I appeciate that the PH staffers only work 2 hours a day, but that doesn't mean we don't keep posting our drivel for the other 22

I noticed this too - i assume that it would've been more than 400 per hour (or do they include the early hours to balance the average out)?
