Stupid Winscreen Wiper question

In the frost today I accidently turned on the windscreen wipers prior to deicing. The passenger side wiper stalk snapped.
a) where can I get a new one is it Landrover??
b) having removed the bolt that holds it on, or what remains of it, the stalk won't budge. Am I missing something?

get a small flat head screw driver and gently prize it off, you can order one at your nearest tvr dealer their not that dear it may seem tight as they are ally and tend to mould onto the fixing bolt.

I got a new one, only cost £12 from a main dealer.. (Racing Green TVR) According to them they are TVR only parts?
