Hello, new on here, been told about this site by a few of you in the Ascot area and went to the Mercedes World meet last weekend which was brilliant fun.

Thought i would share with you all my current cars:

First off my project 1975 beetle, had it 3 years now and havent really touched it but have big plans for it in the new year once i have graduated from uni:

Next up is my 1990 mk2 8v which has sadly just gone to pastures new to make way for the beemer:

And finally the 330ci M Sport:

Let me know what you think!!

Beemer looks smart, is it as clean as it looks in the photos? The shape has certainly aged very well.

Yep it is pretty much as new, got it from an old chap with 34 000 miles on it, was always garaged etc not a mark on it even the alloys which is a miracle! i just tipped over 40 000 yesterday enjoying every mile

Liking that Beetle - should look superb once finished, needs lowering a bit probably. What are your plans for it?

tell me about it... 7 mpg on the trip when engines cold and im around town!! tend not to use it in the week and blag a lift off my mate in his clio most the time. only use it for getting home every other weekend.

Im still unsure about what to do with the Beetle, its a rover purple colour but i really dont like it will decide nearer the time what i want to do with it.

Those alloys are going, their genuine porsche 968 ones but are too wide for the standard arches, looks high cos there is no engine in it at the mo.

I was going to say those alloys belong on a porsche!

Off Topic - i have a Boxfresh jumper in the same colour, looks nice enough with the right jeans.

7 mpg?? What are you doing, driving everywhere in 3rd with your foot to the floor? I have a 325ciM a year younger than that and i'm getting 28 mpg around town. Yours shouldn't be much lower than that!!

Other than that, its a nice selection and a luxury to have while at uni.
